WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Western New Yorkers turned out in Williamsville to give back to a woman who spent her life helping the community.

Becky Crowe was diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkins Lymphoma a year ago.

She recently received the good news that the disease is in remission.

The celebration at Protocol Restaurant will help cover her medical bills from a year of expensive treatments.

Becky remarked, "It's, I can't even put it into words. I've been amazed by the response. It really gets me emotional to think that so many people care and are willing to help me out."

You can lend a hand by making a donation to the Alden State Bank "Benefit for Becky Crowe" fund.

To make a donation, please contact Frank Crowe at 716-228-6485 or email at frankc203@verizon.net
