BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Erie County residents are dealing with falling rain and whipping winds Tuesday morning.
Minor flooding is expected Tuesday morning in low-lying areas of Erie County. Cayuga Creek at Lancaster, Caz Creek at Seneca Street and Orchard Park Road, and now Buffalo Creek at Gardenville are all expected to flood.
