BATAVIA, N.Y. Press release - The State Police in Batavia arrested the following subjects for Driving While Intoxicated following the Kenny Chesney concert Thursday night at Darien Lake:
Norine V. Bushen, 54 years old of Hamburg was stooped for a vehicle and traffic violation on Colby Road in the Town of Darien. The Trooper determined that she was intoxicated and she was placed under arrest for DWI. She was taken to SP Batavia for processing where she submitted to a breath test which resulted in a BAC of .08%. The defendant was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Darien court on June 16, 2009 at 6:00 pm.
Chad W. Robinson, 22 years old of Lancaster was stopped on Sumner Road in the Town of Darien for a vehicle and traffic violation. The defendant was found to be intoxicated and placed under arrest for DWI. He was taken to SP Batavia for processing where he submitted to a breath test which resulted in a BAC of .19%. Mr. Robinson was issued an appearance ticket.
Christina J. Wilson, 25 years old of Rochester, NY was stopped by Troopers after attempting to turn into a parking lot designated for traffic exiting the concert only. After interviewing the driver, she was placed under arrest for DWI and taken to SP Batavia for processing where she submitted to a breath test which resulted in a BAC of .10%. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Darien Court on June 16, 2009 at 6:00 pm.
Caitlin L. Neill, 20 years old of Almond, NY was stopped on RT 33 in the Town of Pembroke for a vehicle and traffic violation. She was found to be intoxicated and placed under arrest for DWI. The defendant was taken to SP Batavia for processing where she submitted to a breath test which resulted in a BAC of .10%. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Pembroke court on June 18, 2009 at 7:00 pm.
