Deadline for Statler investors

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Monday is the deadline for investors to complete the sale of a Buffalo landmark.

A bankruptcy judge gave New Buffalo Statler Redevelopment until the end of this month to buy the Statler Towers.

The group bought the city landmark for $1.3 million at an auction.

Last month, part of the building crumbled just hours after the group submitted a $261,000 dollar down payment.
