LAS VEGAS, NV (WIVB) - A memorabilia dealer robbed during a heist at a Las Vegas hotel said he wants the charges against OJ Simpson dropped.
One of the two dealers involved the 2007 incident submitted the request to a Nevada appellate court earlier this week.
Attorneys for the former Buffalo Bill want the Nevada Supreme Court to release him while they appeal the case. Simpson is serving nine to 33 years for his conviction in the case.
