BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - This is News 4's fifth year of collecting prom dresses. News 4 is collecting formal dresses from the community to help make prom season a special time for the many girls who simply can’t afford the cost of a new gown.
The dresses collected benefit the high school girls of the Buffalo Public School System. Gowns 4 Proms also helps many high school girls from other school districts in our community upon request.
Dress drop-off locations: (collecting dresses March 9 -31, 2010)

DONATE A PROM DRESS DAY
11:00am – 4:00pm Saturday, March 20th
at the Boulevard Mall
(near Guest Services corridor)
News4 joins Colvin Cleaners at the Boulevard Mall to collect new and gently-used prom dresses and accessories. Anyone who drops off a recent prom dress will receive a $10 Colvin Cleaners Certificate. (This will also be the day that TTNY will make its donation of prom dresses to Gowns 4 Proms.)
