Downsizing vote in Niagara County

LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) - A referendum for smaller government is up for a vote in Niagara County Tuesday.
Lawmakers voted over the summer to put the measure on the ballot.
If taxpayers give it the thumbs up, the Niagara County legislature would be trimmed from 19 to 15 members
