CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - News 4 is learning more about the 18-year-old driver who was killed along with all three of his passengers Sunday night in Clarence.

Viktor Shapiro of Amherst was due in Silver Creek Village Court Wednesday to face charges of driving without a license and several lesser violations.

Shapiro had a past speeding conviction, and had his license suspended twice in the past.

Police say he was speeding at the time of the accident Sunday night.
