ATTICA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Scientist at US geological services confirm there was a 2.9 level earthquake at 11 am in Attica Friday morning.
The Wyoming County Sheriff's office did receive a couple of calls from residents who felt the tremor.
Canisius College scientists captured a reading on the seismograph at the time of the quake. No injuries or damage have been reported.
