Flooded roads cause commuter headaches

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Flooded roadways all over western New York caused numerous traffic tie-ups and caused headaches for commuters all morning.

The 219, I-90 and 33 were all moving slower than usual as drivers had to find alternative routes due to route 5 being closed from flooding for the majority of the morning rush hour.
