BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Hurricane Sandy is affecting travel across the country. Monday, some flights to and from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport have been canceled.

Yevgeniy Shkodnik said, “One of my former teammates, he was trying to get out but he got stuck until Wednesday and JetBlue when I first called they said that the earliest flight was Thursday and they somehow re booked me real quick for today.”
Air travel could be halted for two days, both domestic and international flights. So far, more than 7,200 flights have been canceled across the country.
