BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Wednesday afternoon, a man who made headlines by trying to get himself thrown in jail is expected back in front of a judge. Frank Morrocco is an ex convict who has been arrested twice for shoplifting.

He is now facing a federal charge for violating his five-year supervised release. Morrocco claims he wants to be back behind bars to get high-quality healthcare to treat his leukemia.
