Man accused of killing family pets

ANDOVER, N.Y. (WIVB) - An Allegany County man is accused of killing the family pets. Police said 50-year-old Ronnie Farrow shot and killed two dogs while his wife and four children were present at their home in Andover.

Farrow faces a long list of charges including child endangerment, weapons possession and felony animal cruelty.
