Man accused of stabbing will face judge

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man accused in a stabbing caught on video will go before a judge Wednesday afternoon.

Prosecutors are charging 49 year old Jeffrey Pearson with the attempted murder of 48 year old Jean Cox.

A News 4 viewer caught the attack on video outside the Main Place mall in February. Pearson could face 25 years in prison if convicted.
