Man to court accused of murdering wife

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Town of Tonawanda man accused of murdering is wife with a sword is expected to be in court Tuesday. Police said Stephen Shepard used a sword to slash his wife's throat.

The body of Constance Shepard was discovered inside their Sunset Terrace home in May. Authorities later captured her husband south of Albany.
