TORONTO (WIVB) - The Buffalo Bills marched into Rogers Centre for a football game Thursday night and left with another loss.

Is the team getting the most out of this series north of the border?

They're getting their money, that's for sure.

78 million dollars over the five year run of the Bills in Toronto Series.

That's important for a franchise that has to compete with Jerry Jones billion dollar playpen in Dallas and the Jets and Giants new palace scheduled to open next year.

They need that money to stay competitive.

Moreover, they need to expand their footprint in Southern Ontario and transform the football fans in Toronto into Bills fans.

Thursday night, there were some signs that pointed in that direction.

As John Murphy looked around the Rogers Centre, he saw evidence that the Bills were much more of a home team than they were a year ago.

Was it the frenzied, over-the-top atmosphere of Ralph Wilson Stadium?? John Murphy thinks, absolutely not.

Most NFL venues fall short in measuring up to that level of intensity.

But the Bills were clearly the home team and the Jets, the visitors.
