New scam alert: What is smishing?

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - You've heard of scamming, cramming, slamming, and phishing.

Now Call 4 Action has discovered a new consumer fraud, known as "Smishing," where crooks send urgent text messages telling unsuspecting cell phone users that their accounts have been frozen.
