One person dead in late night shooting

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Homicide detectives are investigating a deadly shooting on Buffalo's eastside overnight.
Police said one person is now confirmed dead after a shooting Thursday night around 11 o'clock on the city's east side.
Officers from Buffalo's C District were called to Crossman Avenue near Hemingway Thursday night for a report of a person shot.
That's when they found the victim shot in the head. Homicide detectives are currently searching the area for clues and of course the person or persons responsible for this crime.
