Opening of federal courthouse delayed

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The projected opening of Buffalo's new federal courthouse is being delayed by several months.
Tests are being conducted on the glass panels that will be used on the outer wall of the ten-story building.
The building is said to be 50% complete, and is now expected in February 2011.
