Orchard Park firms lands $110M contract

ORCHARD PARK, NY - Congressman Brian Higgins announced on Tuesday that an Orchard Park firm has been awarded a military contract for $110 million.

Carleton Technologies will be able to fill the contract by employing approximately 300 workers in Orchard Park.

“Today it was announced that Cobham, the parent company of Carleton Technologies in Orchard Park, has been awarded a significant contract with the United States Army,"said Congressman Brian Higgins. "Under the agreement of the company will receive up to $110 million over the next 5 years, for work completed right here in Western New York, to supply the military with their Microclimate Cooling Systems."

Carleton has a history going back 50 years in Western New York.
