BATAVIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two people sustained serious injuries Tuesday morning, after a vehicle became disabled in Batavia.
The driver of the disabled vehicle was in front of the YMCA on Main Street, when the driver called a friend for help.
The friend attempted to push the vehicle off Main Street, when a vehicle struck the rear of the disabled vehicle, pinning the victim between the two vehicles.
The driver of the disabled vehicle sustained neck and head injuries. Both victims sustained serious injuries, and were transported to Strong Hospital, in Rochester. The status of both people are unknown.
The driver of the second vehicle did not sustain any injuries.
The accident is under investigation.
