BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Queen City Catholics enjoyed the warm weather Sunday morning, as they celebrated a Polish tradition.

Corpus Christi church hosted a "May Crowning" on its front lawn.

The ceremony involved placing a crown of flowers atop a statue of the Virgin Mary, which signifies the beginning of May devotions to Jesus Christ's mother.
