EAST AURORA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A pair of neglected miniature horses are now being cared for by the SPCA .
The SPCA said a tip call led them to an East Aurora home where they found the horses living in deplorable conditions.
The owner surrendered the animals voluntarily. Animal cruelty charges are still pending.
The SPCA said the horses hadn't received veterinary care in at least three years.
