BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A former Erie County prosecutor is taking his former boss to court.
Mark Sacha is suing District Attorney Frank Sedita. Back in October, Sacha was let go after he went public accusing Sedita and former DA Frank Clark of leting political operative Steve Pigeon slide on allegations of election law violation.
Sacha claims he was wrongly terminated in violation of his free speech rights. Sedita says otherwise.
Sedita says he let Sacha go because he lost confidence in him.
