Several arrested for burglary in Boston

BOSTON, N.Y. Press release - On June 2, 2009 the New York State Police in SP Boston investigated a burglary in progress on Woodlee Court, Boston NY. Subjects forced entry into residence, consumed alcoholic beverages and caused extensive damage on premises during the commission of the crime. Subsequent to response and investigation the following were arrested:

Jakob Szustakowski 20 years old of Lakeview NY for Burglary, Unlawfully Dealing with Child 1st degree.

Lukas Natali Suzano 21 years old of Depew, NY for Criminal Trespassing 2nd, Criminal Mischief 3rd and Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st degree.

Jacqueline R. Piatko 16 years old of Buffalo, NY for Criminal Trespassing 2nd.
    
Kyle Kaminski 17 years old Hamburg NY for Criminal Trespassing 2nd.

A 15 year old juvenile from Hamburg NY was also arrested for Criminal Trespassing 2nd returnable to Erie County Family Court. Zzustakowski was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center in lieu of $10,000 bail/bond.

All others were released upon appearance tickets returnable to Town of Boston Court. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
