Southern tier man hit by SUV

HINSDALE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A southern tier man remains in critical condition after an accident in the town of Hinsdale.

State Police said 22-year old Matthew Bartholomew of Ischua was hit by an SUV as he walked along route 16 early Monday morning.

He was taken to ECMC with several serious injuries. The vehicle was driven by 40-year old Audrey Knapp of Franklinville.
