GOWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Residents affected by this past summer's devastating storms have until Tuesday, November 3, to apply for federal aid.
That's the deadline for flood victims in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua and Erie Counties to file a claim with FEMA.
So far, more than 1,400 western New Yorkers have registered for state and federal help, and more than $6.3 million in aid has been approved.
