From June 25 to July 3, the Town of Tonawanda Aquettes will host United States Synchronized Swimming’s 2010 eSynchro Age Group Championships at the Town of Tonawanda Aquatic and Fitness Center.
The competition will bring 1,200 swimmers, ages 11 to 19, along with parents, coaches and officials, from across the country to Western New York. More than 300 local volunteers will assist with the event.

The final day of competition will feature a tribute to the fight against breast cancer, titled “Pink the Pool 2010.” That day, funds will be raised to benefit breast cancer research and athletes, officials and fans will don pink attire. Awareness materials will be distributed throughout the week.
