Three investigating Pembroke crash

PEMBROKE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Three different entities are looking into last weekend's fatal crash involving a tractor-trailer in Genesee County.

The probes were launched by New York State Police, the company that employed the truck's driver, and the victim's husband.

The big-rig hit the back of Julie Stratton's stalled vehicle on the 90 in Pembroke, after her car hit a deer.

No charges have been filed.
