Toll collector answers charges

GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) - A thruway toll collector who lost his job over some threatening emails, will answer a harassment charge in court Wednesday night.

David Zeloni, 53, was fired by the Thruway Authority for misconduct.

The Thruway Authority says, Zelonis sent the intimidating emails to Rus Thompson, an advocate for the removal of the Grand Island tolls.
