WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) - West Seneca voters could be forced to wait two extra years to see the results of their vote to downsize the town board.
That decision goes to a judge, who will rule whether or not to let two board members whose jobs were eliminated, stay through 2011.
Thursday, the judge recused himself because of his past work as a private attorney.
So far, five western New York communities have voted on downsizing.
All of them passed their respective measures.
