Visitors pose next to a Zoo favorite

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Visitors got to get a little closer to one of the Buffalo Zoo's more popular animal friends Saturday.

The zoo held a special sea lion encounter.

For a fee, visitors could have a holiday photo taken with Pocus getting a little sea lion kiss or posing next to him.

If you didn't go Saturday, the zoo is holding more sessions for the next several weekends.

You have to call ahead, and for more information on the sea lion encounters you can call the Buffalo
Zoo's Switchboard Operator at (716) 837-3900.

The upcoming photo sessions are December 3, 4, 11, 11, 17 and 18th but you must call ahead for reservations .
