BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - It's lights, camera, action as a leading lady makes her Queen City debut
It's always exciting when Hollywood comes to town, and "Queen City" happens to be the name of the movie being shot Wednesday afternoon. Vivica Fox of Independence Day and Kill Bill fame is the star.
She plays a jazz singer in Buffalo, and here she is arriving on location Wednesday morning.

Wednesday morning when Vivica arrived, she said hello to News 4 crews. "I love Buffalo," she called out.
Lester Williams said, "My heart is pounding, I want to meet her, Vivica, I'm an eligible bachelor right here."
Yulanda Lockhart said, "It's great for the area and she is a very good actor. My husband thinks she looks like my mom, he has always said that."
The "Queen City" is Peter McGinnis' third film, and some scenes will be shot at Buffalo's Colored Musicians Club.
