BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Supporters of the fight against a deadly disease gathered Saturday night for a magical evening at Shea's.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation recognized Nicole Matthews for her on going battle against cystic fibrosis and Russell Salvatore for his support to help find a cure for the disease.
News 4's Michele McClintick once again served as emcee for the event.
Nicole Matthews received the Katie's Courage Award in memory of Katie Ozog, who died from cystic fibrosis in 2003.
