BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Wellsville officials have declared a state of emergency for the town and village, because of the anticipation of Hurricane Sandy.

The state of emergency is planned to begin at 8 p.m. Monday and will run until 8 p.m. on Saturday, November 3rd.

The Wellsville Central Schools as well as the Immaculate Conception School will be closed Tuesday, and further school closings will be addressed depending on weather conditions.
