RANDOLPH, N.Y. (WIVB) - Four residents of a Cattaraugus County group home appeared in court Wednesday. They're facing charges from a riot at the Randolph Children's Home last month.
One of them remains behind bars, charged with rioting. Three others are awaiting grand jury proceedings. The Randolph and Lockport group homes are both run by the same operator.
