Traffic clears after crash on I-190 S

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Traffic on I-190 South has cleared up after an accident backed up traffic Monday afternoon, according to NITTEC.
Traffic on I-190 South was congested for a 2.8-mile stretch, from beyond Exit 11 for Route 198, to Exit 8 for Niagara Street.
