GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) - Traffic is back moving on the northbound North Grand Island Bridge Friday morning, after a crash tied things up during the morning commute. A tractor trailer crash closed the northbound North Grand Island Bridge, however by 9 a.m. the traffic was clear.

Earlier in the morning, congestion spanned 2.3 miles on I-190 North from Whitehaven Road, Exit 19, to the Robert Moses Parkway, Exit 21.
