WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man accused of building bombs at his Williamsville home is in deeper trouble with the law.

Duncan Badding appeared in court Wednesday as additional state charges were filed against him. He's already facing felony counts, accused of constructing explosive devices at his apartment in Williamsburg Square, which was raided last week. Authorities say they found chemicals in literally every room of the apartment.

Badding claims he's only interested in chemistry and meant no harm.
