CLYMER, N.Y. (WIVB) - What happened before Clymer School Superintendent Keith Reed was killed?
Sources very close to the investigation have told News 4 that Taglianetti first went to the Superintendent's office in Clymer looking for Reed, the same day police say Reed was killed. They also said that he was presumably armed at the school office.
Sources say, when Reed was unavailable, Taglianetti told a secretary that he was from out of town, liked the area and asked for and was given a substitute teacher's application before heading to Reed's home.
On Sunday, we also heard for the first time from Mary Taglianetti who described the rocky relationship she had with her husband Anthony. She said she wasn't surprised to hear about his arrest.
"I can tell you he was a very controlling man, and I'm glad he is where he is right now. He's guilty, and I'm glad he's there. We've had a rough marital history," says Mary Taglianetti.
Taglianetti will make his first court appearance Monday.
A memorial will be held Monday, October 1st for Reed at Clymer Central School on 8672 East Main Street starting at 7p.m.
