ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) - An Oregon resident was driving in Elma overnight, when his car crashed at Transit and Willardshire Roads.

The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says 22-year-old Michael Clayton submitted a breath test that revealed a .15 percent blood alcohol content. Clayton was charged with DWI and traffic infractions.

He was processed at the Elma station and taken to the Holding Center on $250 bail.
