CLYMER, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Virginia man accused of murdering a southern tier school superintendent is set to return to western New York on Tuesday.

Anthony Taglianetti will then face a judge in Chautauqua County on Wednesday. Prosecutors say Taglianetti drove more than six hours to shoot Clymer Superintendent Keith Reed Jr. last fall.

He was captured several day later back in Virginia.
