Amtrak cancels most service in NE US

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Travel on the ground is also coming to a halt. Amtrak has canceled most service in the northeastern United States.
In Buffalo, there will be no Empire trains through Buffalo Monday, and the Maple Leaf from Toronto will only go as far as Albany.
