AURORA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A familiar face will be back in court Monday. The animal cruelty case against Beth Hoskins is set to resume Monday afternoon.
The case has dragged on for nearly three years now, and Monday we’ll be finding out just how much this is costing the Erie County SPCA. Dozens of horses and other animals were seized from Hoskins’ Town of Aurora farm back in March 2010.
