BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Friday, Erie County Executive Mark C. Poloncarz was joined by Maria Whyte, Commissioner of the Erie County Department of Environment and Planning, in announcing the release of Erie County’s 2013 Cultural Funding Application.
The three-page application will be due to the Department of Environment and Planning by 5 p.m. on July 6.
The application features some changes because of feedback from organizations who apply for county funding.
This years new application features clearly state eligibility requirements, descriptions of various documentation needed to be considered for funding, and a 12 question series of essays.
In the past funding for these organizations were cut, but County Executive Mark Poloncarz has pledged to restore the funding to cultural organizations within Erie County.
