Applications pour in to adopt Phoenix

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Time is running out if you want to adopt a dog who has overcome a lot in the past few months . You have to get your application in by next Monday if you’re interested in adopting Phoenix.

Police say two teens set the pup on fire. He continues to recover. The Buffalo Small Animal Shelter says they will start sorting through an already gigantic pile of applications soon.
