ATV strikes tree trunk, machine flips

CLARENDON, N.Y. (WIVB) - An ambulance took a man to the hospital Tuesday afternoon, after an ATV accident in the Town of Clarendon.
The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office says 28-year-old Cory Maxon was driving a three-wheeler, without a helmet, on his property on Hinds Road.
The ATV’s right rear tire struck a tree trunk, causing the ATV to flip over. Maxon was ejected from the machine.
Maxon was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, where he is listed in satisfactory condition.
