Award offered for hit and run info

LEWISTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - In Niagara County, a reward is now being offered to help find the hit-and-run driver who left a pedestrian to die.

The family of Loren Jacobs is offering $2,000 for information leading to an arrest.

The 59 year old was struck and killed in front of his sister’s home on Mount Hope Road, on the Tuscarora Indian Reservation Wednesday night.

Anyone with information is asked to call Lewiston Police, at 754-8477.
