Barn fire in Attica, a total loss

ATTICA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A barn fire in Attica caused Route 98 to close between Dunbar Road and Route 354 on Sunday afternoon.
The barn is a total loss.
The owner was not home at the time of the fire, but said there was hay and some equipment inside.
Horses are normally inside the barn, but were out in the pasture when flames burned the barn down to the ground.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
