WEBSTER, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say they've found the body of an 80-year-old suburban Rochester man who suffered from Alzheimer's disease.

Police in the town of Webster tell local media outlets that volunteer firefighters conducting a search Tuesday afternoon found the body of Marco Montante in a drainage ditch in neighboring Penfield about two miles from his home.

A search by police and firefighters was launched when Montante went missing Monday morning. His family says he enjoyed going for walks near his home.
